The Event Coordinator will plan and coordinate food and beverage services for all special events, meet and communicate with customers throughout the planning process, and plan and organize all details for guest events in collaboration with the Barrington staff. Builds relationships with Members and guests to promote banquet and event services at the Club. Creates and distributes a detailed Banquet Event Order for each social and private event. Includes all details, such as menu and beverage requirements, timelines, specific setup requirements, and other elements relevant to the event. Coordinates with Service and Culinary teams to ensure all event details are reviewed and accounted for.
