We are looking for an energetic and organized Event Coordinator to provide support to our Events Manager and team. On the day of events, you will help set up and tear down decorations, monitor the delivery of supplies, and ensure operations run smoothly. Primary Responsibilities: • Give venue tours to vendors and clients • Research vendors to invite to applicable events • Coordinate and review client/vendor contracts • Organize event documentation • Assist with set up and tear down of events Qualifications/Skills/Educational Requirements • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred • 1 year of relevant professional event coordinating or marketing experience preferred • 1 year of food service or banquet experience • Ability to multitask and work calmly in a fast-paced environment • Excellent organization and communication skills • Great attention to detail • Proficient in Microsoft Office- Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Publisher, Outlook • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Physical Requirements • Must be able to move, stand, stoop and bend for an entire 8-12 hour shift.
