The Events Coordinator works closely with the Rabbi, Office Administrator, staff, and volunteers to ensure that all synagogue events, worship services, rentals, and programs run seamlessly. • Oversee facility rentals for members and outside groups, including contracts, payments, and scheduling staff. • Provide on-site supervision for events and rentals to ensure smooth operations. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work well with clergy, staff, volunteers, and members. Position Details • Part-time: 30 hours per week • Schedule: Thursday–Sunday (subject to Jewish holiday schedule) • Pay: $20–$25/hour, depending on experience
