The Event Project Coordinator will ensure a world-class experience for clients throughout a project’s life-cycle. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (included, but are not limited to) • Manage local account projects and seasonal events such as the Detroit Grand Prix, branded graphics packages, building wraps and other special projects. • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to stay organized managing multiple projects simultaneously. • 3-5 years of demonstrated success managing projects/programs from a cost, quality and client services perspective • Bachelor’s Degree in graphic design, business, marketing, hospitality • Be able to connect and engage with a variety of personalities working well in teams • Ability to read a tape measure • Microsoft Office Suite • Experience in graphics and/or a creative environment • Event and/or marketing experience
