Job Overview The Event Coordinator is responsible for managing community events, seasonal festivals, and entertainment programming while also supporting hospitality operations across The Silos and Knotts Coffee Company. The position bridges event production with hospitality management—overseeing scheduling, catering, communication, and procurement to deliver exceptional experiences for both guests and the community. d. Catering & Hospitality Operations Coordinate with accounting to ensure accurate reconciliation of event-related expenses and vendor payments. Work with marketing on entertainment schedules and community programming advertising.
