Event Coordinator

I am looking for a Event Production Coordinator who have hands on experience with Audio Visual Equipment's. Location for the role is South San Francisco, CA ,Onsite role. • CinemaCon 2025 • General organizational support of the team with systems troubleshooting. • Staffing support at events managed and produced with the aid of the technical team. Experience: • 2-4 years’ experience in work areas related to AV production management and/or event production • General Technical Aptitude • High level of attention to detail • High level of information management and general organizational skills • Excellent Communication skills • Ability to problem solve and engage in critical thinking • Interest and curiosity regarding technical troubleshooting • Working knowledge of both Mac and Windows OS • Experience with MS Outlook, Smartsheet, Omnigraffle • Previous events/production experience preferred • Comfortable with Microsoft Excel/Powerpoint • Computer Networking knowledge is a plus • Comfortable using light shop tools (hand tools/light power tools/electronics-soldering tools)
