· Some Supervisory experience preferred. · Works with Members to plan events thoroughly, timely, and according to Member satisfaction. · Communicate and coordinate with Banquet Kitchen staff to ensure all information is shared prior to and day of the event to facilitate a successful event. If the Event Coordinator or Banquet Captain is leading or taking over for an event, ensure that the Member knows to go to them for assistance. · Ensure the room is set up in advance for all events with decorations, vendors, etc.
