Event Coordinator

Event Coordinator Location: Hybrid – Greensboro, Winston-Salem, High Point, NC Area Employment Type: Full-time, Hybrid (60% Travel) LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an Event Coordinator for our client. Key Responsibilities: • Lead planning and execution of trade shows, meetings, and special events from start to finish • Coordinate logistics including booth design, shipping, fabrication, and on-site setup • Manage vendor relationships and ensure seamless event delivery • Facilitate planning meetings and align stakeholders on event goals and deliverables • Track budgets and expenses to ensure projects stay on time and within scope • Maintain inventory and oversee shipping of event materials • Run status meetings and manage cross-functional teams to meet deadlines • Travel up to 60% (local, domestic, and occasional international) to support events
