Event Coordinator

What We’re Looking For • 2+ years of experience in event coordination, hospitality, or related field (venue or distillery experience a plus) • Excellent organizational and communication skills • Calm under pressure and solutions-oriented in a fast-paced environment • Exceptional attention to detail and professionalism • Strong teamwork and time management skills • Positive, guest-focused attitude with a passion for creating memorable experiences • Availability on evenings and weekends (required for event coverage) • Based in or willing to relocate to Louisville, KY If you’re excited about joining a brand that’s redefining American spirits and want to be part of an ambitious, creative team—we’d love to hear from you.
