We're seeking a dynamic Offsite Event Coordinator to manage Kava Culture's presence at events across multiple locations. QualificationsRequired • 3+ years of event coordination experience, preferably multi-location • Proven track record managing 20+ events monthly • Strong organizational and project management skills • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities • Experience with budget management and vendor negotiations • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision • Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly (30-40%) • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
