The Event Coordinator will provide administrative support to our Executive Director and Director of Congregation Engagement for congregational events, volunteer management, fundraising initiatives, and member liaison activities. This is an externally facing role, so greeting members and guests is a key part of the job. - Overseeing Mount Zion's calendar and serving as the primary point of contact for staff, lay leaders, and external rentals to confirm and execute event visions. - Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in office administration is a plus. - Excellent calendar management skills and the ability to coordinate multiple schedules.
