All employees of the Springfield JCC are responsible for creating relationships with the members, to add value to their membership, and to enhance their sense of belonging with the JCC community. We are currently seeking various Event Coordinators to join our Wellness & Recreation team! An Event Coordinator is an enthusiastic, creative and reliable JCC representative that assists with events such as birthday parties. Events may include but are not limited to themes such as sports, arts & crafts, or aquatics. Coordinators are not expected to swim with the guests but be present and involved in the activities on the pool deck.
