Event Coordinator

Responsibilities • Coordinating and administration of a variety of events, including banquets, catering, and special functions • At times, assist to ensure all aspects of events run seamlessly from setup to cleanup • Support staff training and development to uphold service standards, food safety, and hospitality excellence • Oversee food and beverage service, in absence of F&B Manager to meet quality expectations in banquet and à la carte setting. Requirements • Proven experience in food service management, including supervising staff in casual dining, fine dining, or banquet settings • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen management practices • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest inquiries professionally and efficiently • Prior experience with staff training, interviewing candidates, and managing shift operations in a hospitality environment • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling and sanitation • Leadership qualities with a background in restaurant management or hotel experience preferred • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required for event coverage Your energy and leadership will help craft extraordinary experiences for our guests while advancing your career in the exciting world of food and beverage management.
