Special Event Planning & Execution • Plan and coordinate memorial services, celebrations of life, and remembrance events with compassion and discretion. Family & Resident Coordination • Serve as the primary point of contact for residents and families regarding special events. Other Responsibilities • Set up and breakdown community events such as HCC/GS Catering, activity events and holiday events. Work as a part of the team to develop appropriate action plans to continually improve satisfaction levels. • Experience handling sensitive or memorial events.
