Event Coordinator

What You'll be Doing • Planning, coordinating, and executing events from "what if we" to teardowns and thank you follow-ups • Managing event timelines, budgets, logistics, and vendor relationships • Coordinating and communicating with internal teams (leadership, marketing, buyers, sales, maintenance, and customer service) to ensure everyone is aligned and excited • Participating in the events • Problem-solving on the fly when plans change • Ensuring every event reflects our brand guidelines, and serves our community mindset • Always looking for ways to make each event better than the last What We're Looking For • A team member who genuinely enjoys planning, running, and promoting events • Someone with strong organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple events and details at the same time • A calm, can-do attitude under pressure • Great communication skills and a comfort level with working with vendors, team members, leadership, and the community • Creative thinking paired with practical execution • Event planning, marketing, or hospitality coordination experience are a plus, but passion and drive matter just as much Why Work with Us From home and hardware goods to specialty retail, we are committed to delivering exceptional experiences to our customers.
