Job Title: Dental Public Events Coordinator
Position Overview:
The Dental Public Events Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing community outreach events that promote oral health awareness and the services of the dental practices. This role focuses on building relationships within the community, increasing brand visibility, and driving patient engagement through educational and promotional events.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, coordinate, and execute public events such as health fairs, school visits, community workshops, and promotional campaigns
• Represent the dental practice at community events and serve as a brand ambassador
• Develop and distribute educational materials on oral health and dental services
• Collaborate with local organizations, schools, and businesses to establish partnerships and event opportunities
• Manage event logistics including scheduling, setup, staffing, and follow-up
• Coordinate marketing efforts for events (social media, flyers, email campaigns, etc.)
• Track event performance, including attendance, lead generation, and work with primary Marketing Coordinator on return on investment
• Maintain inventory of promotional materials and event supplies
• Ensure all events align with the practice’s brand, mission, and compliance standards
Qualifications
• Experience in Marketing, Communications, Public Health, or related field (preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in event planning, community outreach, or marketing
• Experience in healthcare or dental settings is a plus
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends for events
• Proficiency in social media and basic marketing tools

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
