Event Coordinator

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Event Coordinator located in Middletown, RI. Additional tasks include event setup and takedown, managing event timelines, and ensuring all deliverables are met within deadlines. Qualifications Strong skills in Event Planning and Event ManagementExcellent Communication and Customer Service capabilitiesProven ability in Sales, including negotiation and relationship-buildingOrganizational skills and the ability to multitask effectivelyProficiency with event management tools and software is a plusFlexible and collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentBachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferredPrior experience in event coordination or a related field is highly beneficial
