• 5+ years of event planning and facility management experience. • Excellent communication and customer-service orientation. • Technical aptitude and willingness to learn webinar platforms and troubleshooting skills. This role will interact with clients and partners, they will be the main point of contact for site visits at their customer experience center so being able to deliver an exceptional customer experience is imperative. In addition, the role schedules and hosts virtual training sessions, acting as the technical lead to manage webinar platforms, troubleshoot issues, and track attendance.
