Event Coordinator

What You’ll Do • Plan and coordinate Gem City Vibes events from concept to execution • Work with local businesses, artists, and organizations to create collaborative events • Manage logistics including: • Venues • Vendors • Schedules • Permits (when needed) • Coordinate event setup, breakdown, and on-site operations • Help design event concepts that align with the Gem City Vibes brand • Assist in promoting events through social media and community outreach • Ensure a smooth, high-quality experience for attendees and partners • Work closely with the content team to capture events for marketing You are helping: • Build community-driven experiences in Dayton • Create moments that connect people, businesses, and culture • Bring the Gem City Vibes platform to life in the real world You’ll be part of something that’s growing and you’ll have a direct impact on how the city experiences it.
