Event Coordinator

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: We are seeking a punctual, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited for an opportunity to provide a guest with a day that is beyond their expectations and creates guests for life. Google Drive and Delphi (or basic CRM) experience is a plus.Assist Banquet Services Manager in the production and execution of all weddings and banquets over the green season, and the Group Sales Manager in the execution of groups in our winter season.Assist F&B with delivery of events if needed.Attend required weekly staff meetings.Weekend and evening hours based on the current event schedule year-round.During the winter season this role will assist with preparation and delivery of group sales events and helping Guest Services.Communicate event feedback to management in weekly recap meetings.
