The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and multitasking skills, enabling them to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously from inception to completion.

**Responsibilities:**

* Plan, organize, and execute company events including conferences, meetings, and social gatherings.
* Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to secure necessary services and materials.
* Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
* Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines to ensure timely completion of event tasks.
* Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to promote events and manage participant registrations.
* Oversee event logistics including setup, breakdown, and on-site coordination to ensure smooth operations.

### Qualifications

**Requirements**

* Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
* Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role with successful event execution.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with great attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
* Ability to work under pressure and handle last-minute changes effectively.
