The Florian is a 5-star rated venue specializing in weddings and special events. The Event Coordinator plays a key role in delivering exceptional experiences by managing every detail from initial concept through event execution.

Events range from 30 to 400 guests and include a diverse mix of clients, from intimate corporate gatherings to large-scale weddings. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a calm and professional presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct venue tours and client consultations, ensuring a clear understanding of each client’s vision while confirming alignment with venue offerings and budgetGuide clients through all event details, including venue options, menu selections, timelines, and contract termsPrepare and manage Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and event layouts using internal software systemsServe as the primary liaison between clients and external vendors (e.g., DJs, florists, photographers, bakers) to ensure seamless coordination and executionDevelop and communicate contract terms and payment schedulesProvide planning guidance and best practices to support clients throughout the event planning processOversee event-day readiness, ensuring all preparations, staff, and venue setup meet expectationsParticipate in bridal showcases and industry trade shows as neededMonitor event-day operations to ensure timelines are followed and all aspects run smoothlyManage and maintain social media accountsFollow up with clients post-event to gather feedback and support continuous improvementPosition Details:
