Proven experience in hospitality or event environments (events, nightlife, hotels, restaurants, or similar), with a strong understanding of how operations support revenue generation. Ability to assist in negotiating and coordinating with vendors, talent, and partners to ensure smooth and cost-effective execution. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
