Assist in planning and organizing brand events and pop-up shops in coordination with the Events & Pop-Up Manager. Prepare event materials such as signage, inventory lists, staff schedules, and checklists, and submit materials to the Events & Pop-Up Manager for review and approval prior to event execution. Support post-event breakdown, inventory reconciliation, and return of equipment or materials, ensuring counts are verified and discrepancies are reported. Minimum of 1 year of experience in event coordination, retail events, or promotional activations. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as required for events.
