Event Coordinator

Perched on a cliff 450 feet above the Spokane River, Arbor Crest Wine Cellars’ iconic landmark, the Cliff House Estate, is located in Spokane Valley and is open daily year-round. Liaise with the Venue Manager, Event Manager, event staff, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless event execution.Efficiently complete opening and closing duties for each event type.Oversee and assist with event setup and breakdown.Evaluate overall event success and report findings to the Venue Manager and Event Manager.Demonstrate strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude at all times.Understand and practice responsible hospitality standards.Communicate effectively and provide support to all team members.Follow established procedures and comply with company policies, as well as state and federal regulations.Ensure the safety and well-being of all guests.Stand and walk for extended periods and work outdoors in varying weather conditions as required.Proactively monitor and respond to inclement weather situations.Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.Operate POS systems, process sales transactions, and handle cash accurately and efficiently.Maintain precise documentation of inventory transactions.Uphold a clean, organized, and sanitary environment.REQUIREMENTS: The Event Coordinator is a seasonal part-time position, April through October.
