Event Coordinator

We are seeking a top-performing Events Coordinator to lead and grow our event marketing efforts across Western Washington. In this role, you will be responsible for booking events, managing a team, generating leads, and working events in-person. This position requires a leader who will own the full event lifecycle—from securing opportunities to executing successful events and driving measurable results. Book and secure weekly events and shows across your assigned territoryPlan, coordinate, and execute event schedules for you and your teamRecruit, hire, train, and mentor a team of Event DemonstratorsEnsure booths are properly set up, staffed, and broken down at every eventActively work events, engage customers, and generate qualified leadsDrive lead generation that directly impacts sales and revenueMonitor inventory, productivity, labor, and budgets on a weekly basisSet and track performance goals for each event, week, and monthMaintain clear and consistent communication with leadership and internal teams Be a key part of expanding our presence across Western WashingtonLead a team while staying actively involved in eventsEnjoy a dynamic, fast-paced, and engaging work environmentEarn a competitive base salary plus performance-based incentives
