Event Coordinator

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing events of all sizes, from corporate parties to birthday celebrations. Coordinate with various departments and teams to ensure the smooth execution of events.
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery of event services.
Collaborate with clients to understand their event vision and provide exceptional customer service.
Create and manage event budgets, including negotiating and finalizing contracts with vendors.
Conduct site visits and communicate event setup requirements to venue staff.
Work closely with the marketing team to promote events and drive attendance.
Handle event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
Maintain detailed records and documentation related to events, including budgets, contracts, and client information.
Stay updated on current event trends and make recommendations for new and innovative event ideas.
Ensure all events comply with company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue potential event opportunities.
Train and supervise event staff, including servers, bartenders, and other event personnel.
Continuously seek ways to improve the event planning and execution process.
Adhere to all safety and security protocols to ensure the safety of guests and staff during events.
