Description The Event Coordinator will support and elevate the growing number of events across Bethany Children’s Health Center by serving as the central point of coordination for planning, communication, and execution. The Event Coordinator will collaborate with staff across the hospital, provide creative and logistical guidance, lead communication planning, and ensure all stakeholders are aligned on timelines and responsibilities. Stay informed about internal events led by departments such as Education, Therapy, and ARFAC. Ensure alignment across Communications, Marketing, Security, IT, Hospitality, and Foundation teams regarding event details. Our CARF accredited multidisciplinary team works with patients and their families to maximize the patient’s physical and cognitive potential, and ensure the family has the training and resources needed for a smooth transition from hospital to home.
