This role manages venue scheduling, client communications, event logistics, venue tours, emails and social media marketing for the venue. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required to support event operations. Coordinate and manage all venue events & calendars from booking through execution.Serve as the primary contact for clients, handling all email correspondence and event-related communications.Conduct venue tours for prospective clients and assist with event sales efforts.Develop detailed event timelines and production schedules for back-of-house and operational teams.Collaborate with restaurant and venue staff to ensure seamless event execution.Oversee day-of-event coordination and troubleshoot operational issues as needed.Create and manage social media content for the venue to promote bookings. Assist with website and venue packet updates as needed.Assist with marketing initiatives to increase venue bookings.Monitor engagement and respond to inquiries received through social media platforms. Strong organizational and project management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Experience in event coordination, hospitality, venue management, or related fields preferred.Knowledge of social media platforms, content creation, photography/videography.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills.Availability to work evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.
