Event Coordinator

Civil Clothing Inc is looking for an Event Coordinator who is passionate about creating unforgettable brand experiences. You'll partner with Marketing, Media, Brand Partnerships, and Operations to coordinate the countless details behind every successful event, while playing a hands-on role in bringing each experience to life from planning through execution. Strong understanding of event planning, logistics, and live event execution from planning through post-event wrap-up.Ability to manage multiple events, priorities, vendors, and timelines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.Demonstrates strong project management skills with the ability to anticipate needs, coordinate moving parts, and consistently deliver high-quality execution.Understands how operational excellence contributes to exceptional brand experiences.Technical & Business Acumen Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.Demonstrates strong ownership, accountability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality.Proactively identifies risks, solves problems, and keeps projects moving through changing priorities and tight deadlines.Operates with urgency while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.Communication & Relationship ManagementExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build productive relationships across internal teams, vendors, venues, and external partners.Collaborates effectively across Marketing, Media, Brand Partnerships, Creative, Operations, and Leadership to deliver seamless event experiences.Communicates proactively, keeping stakeholders informed, aligned, and prepared throughout the planning and execution process.Adaptability & Professional Effectiveness This role includes a combination of office-based work and on-site event environments, requiring flexibility across settingsAbility to stand, walk, and move throughout event spaces, venues, and work areas for extended periodsAbility to lift, carry, and move materials, equipment, or product weighing up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodationVisual requirements include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus, with or without reasonable accommodationAbility to work in varied environments, including exposure to noise, crowds, temperature fluctuations, and indoor and outdoor conditions depending on event locationAbility to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and rapidly shifting demands in a fast-paced, high-pressure environmentCapacity to maintain focus, sound judgment, and clear, professional communication while navigating time-sensitive issues and live event executionAbility to handle elevated levels of activity, coordination, and problem-solving during peak periods, including events, launches, and travelFlexibility to work extended hours (12+ hours), including nights and weekends, based on event schedules and business needs
