Event Coordinator

Position Summary Under the supervision of the Senior Event Manager, the Events Coordinator will support the planning and execution of assigned events at the First Horizon Coliseum and Steven Tanger Center. In addition to coordinating a wide variety of events, this position will also serve as a multifaceted Event Coordinator responsible for developing and supporting all event‑related activities key to the operation of the facility. Responsibilities include but are not limited to collaborating with internal event departments; collecting and distributing event information from clients, promoters, and show representatives; preparing billing; and supporting the development of staffing and labor plans to ensure a seamless and favorable experience for guests and venue users. Prepare and present the event memo document to all staff and departments in a timely manner.
