Event Coordinator

Confort Kitchen & Bath is seeking a highly organized and energetic Event Coordinator to join our growing team in Houston, TX. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events that promote our industry-leading kitchen and bath remodeling services. Research, schedule, and coordinate home shows, trade shows, community events, fairs, and festivalsManage event logistics, including booth setup, breakdown, and event materialsRepresent Confort Kitchen & Bath professionally while engaging with prospective customersGenerate high-quality leads for the sales team during eventsCoordinate event schedules and calendars to ensure adequate staffing and successful executionRecruit, train, and support event staff and brand ambassadors as neededTrack event performance, lead generation, inventory, and event budgetsMaintain accurate reports and provide regular updates to managementCollaborate with the marketing and sales teams to improve event performance and customer engagementEnsure all events reflect the company's professional brand image Previous experience in event coordination, event marketing, promotions, or customer engagementStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesExperience coordinating schedules, vendors, or event logistics is preferredAbility to work weekends and attend scheduled eventsValid driver's license and reliable transportationBasic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and emailAbility to stand for extended periods during events and lift event materials as needed If you're ready to build exciting events, represent a trusted home improvement company, and make a real impact, apply today to join the Confort Kitchen & Bath team!
