Event Coordinator

As we continue to grow across Charlotte, we're looking for an Event Coordinator to help bring campaigns, promotional events, and brand experiences to life. You'll join a supportive team, receive paid training, and play a hands-on role in delivering events from planning through to execution. You'll support the planning and delivery of events across Charlotte, working closely with colleagues, clients, and venues to ensure everything runs smoothly. Coordinating promotional events and live campaigns Assisting with event setup and breakdown Liaising with clients, suppliers, and venue teams Managing event schedules and logistics Supporting guest registration and customer engagement Maintaining event materials and equipment Helping ensure every event is delivered to a high standard This is a full-time Event Coordinator position based in Charlotte, NC.
