Event Coordinator (5-Month Contract)

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Event Coordinator (Contract) to manage the planning, logistics, and execution of our brand’s upcoming brand activations. This role will focus on coordinating 8 events over a 5-month period, including both on-site and pre/post-event project management. The Event Coordinator should be available to travel 1–2 days before each event and work onsite during the event. • Liaise with the brand partners, vendors, and internal teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
