Event Coordinator

Position Overview:

As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing Infinity Solar’s presence at various events. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate Infinity Solar’s participation in home shows, community events, trade shows, and local expos.
Work closely with the Marketing team to develop and execute event strategies that align with Infinity Solar’s brand guidelines and overall marketing objectives.
Help build brand awareness by creating memorable event experiences that tell the Infinity Solar story and reinforce our mission, values, and customer experience.
Ensure all event materials, displays, messaging, and customer interactions are consistent with the company’s branding standards.
Set up and break down event booths, displays, and promotional materials.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams before and after each event to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Track event metrics and provide post-event feedback and recommendations.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in event coordination, event marketing, promotions, customer service, or a related field preferred.
Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
Creative mindset with an understanding of branding, storytelling, and customer engagement.
Comfortable interacting with the public and representing the company professionally.
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and assist with booth setup and breakdown.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the Portland metro area.
Weekend availability is required, as many events take place on Saturdays and Sundays.
