Research and find events and shows within our assigned territoryNegotiate contracts with the event vendorsBook an annual calendar of events and showsRecruit, hire, and train event marketersWork at events to generate ‘leads’ alongside event Marketers in a ‘lead by example’ role.Schedule marketers to work eventsCoordinate booth and display set-up and tear downSet appointments for a free in-home consultation at events and showsFollow up on the contest entries and schedule them for a free in-home consultationMeasure and report results Strong communications skillsPositive, outgoing personalityAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to coach, train, and motivate othersStrong planning and organizational skills
