Event Coordinator, - 3- Month Contract, On-Site in Irving, Starts ASAP!

Robert Half is looking for an Event Coordinator for a client in the Irving, Texas area. The ideal Event Coordinator will be able to be on-site every day in Irving, Texas to coordinate plans, materials, shipping and overall event support.

Event Coordinator Responsibilities

Coordinate logistics for trade shows and regional events, including booth registrations, show services, shipping, housing, and exhibitor requirements.Manage booth staff registration and pre-event communications.Partner with vendors on show services, promotional items, giveaways, and event materials.Assist with event packing, shipping, and on-site preparation as needed.Maintain event timelines, project plans, checklists, and key deadlines.Prepare meeting notes, action item trackers, and project coordination documents.Provide regular status updates highlighting progress, risks, open items, and recommendations.Support cross-functional teams to ensure successful event execution.Event Coordinator, - 3- Month Contract, On-Site in Irving, Starts ASAP!

Event Coordinator MUST have the following to be considered:

3+ years of experience supporting events, trade shows, marketing operations, or project coordination.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.Experience coordinating vendors, event logistics, and project deliverables.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).Experience with Smartsheet preferred.Familiarity with Workfront is a plus.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Must be able to go ON-SITE daily in Irving, Texas
