High Point Innovations is seeking a motivated and people-focused Event Coordinator to join our team in Tulsa, OK. We’re looking for someone who enjoys organizing activities, connecting with people, and bringing energy and professionalism to community-focused events.

As an Event Coordinator, you’ll help coordinate charitable events and community outreach initiatives from preparation through completion. You’ll communicate with team members and attendees, help keep event activities organized, and contribute to an engaging experience for everyone involved.

What You’ll Do as an Event Coordinator

Support event planning by coordinating schedules, activities, and essential details.
Help organize event materials, supplies, displays, and designated event spaces.
Work closely with team members to keep event operations running smoothly and efficiently.
Welcome attendees, answer questions, and create a friendly and professional event experience.
Assist with community outreach initiatives and charitable engagement activities.
Monitor event needs, respond to on-site requests, and help address issues as they arise.
Help wrap up events by organizing materials, completing follow-up tasks, and preparing for upcoming activities.

What We're Looking For in an Event Coordinator

High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Comfortable managing multiple tasks in an active environment.
Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and adapt as event needs change.
