Duration : 12 Months Contract

Shift timing: Hybrid: Onsite every Th, 1 week a month, and as needed. Travel to other Client sites as required.

Summary

Day to day will be providing scheduling support for User Acceptance Testing for NextGen ERP, reserve rooms, send invites, configure rooms, order food and bev, provide onsite support to testing, log defects, take direction from testing leads.When testing is not happening this position will provide facility and logistical support and tracking support, in addition this person will help coordinate and plan events and large meetings for the team health and development activities which vary from lunch and learns to major all hands.Schedule Management across multiple teams and disciplines in multiple calendarsDocument Management (develop, store, update)Tracking Attendance, reporting statisticsSpecial projects as assigned by Advisors, Sr. Advisors, and Sr. Project MangersDevelop communications.Document test defectsValidate program documentation based on quality standards.Develop process and procedures.Teamwork and collaboration with a cross-functional team of technical expertsFacility coordination, food, and beverage logisticsCoordination with Senior level managementProvide support as needed to set up meetings, order food, order equipment, and supplies Maintain an inventory of facility issues, report issues to the correct party and track resolution.

Required Skills/Attributes

Mastery of Outlook, Excel, Power Point, and Teams, Ability to balance multiple calendars demands at one time, knowledge of basic room AV – Wifi connectivity, organization of tracking defects, tracking or participants, cancelations, room reservations, ordering and budget spend tracking; ability to make presentations, focus on safety, proactive ideas to manage and organize spaceAbility to quickly re-prioritize work while handling multiple simultaneous requests.Focus on high-quality deliverables on time.Strong oral and written communications with all levels of employees and managementAbility to manage small projects autonomously.Expertise in tracking and reporting tools: minimum of advanced excel skills and PowerPoint skills, as well as outlook

Desired Skills/Attributes

Preferred knowledge of Client facilities and working with hotels or events centers

Familiarity with Client work locations, policy, practices and proceduresAbility to troubleshoot and resolve audio visual issues related to virtual and in-person meetingsExpertise with Power BI or similar dashboard toolsExpertise with Microsoft OfficeAbility to create and maintain project plans, project status reports and executive summariesAbility to create and calendars, schedules and reportsAbility to track participationAbility to coordinate multiple meetings and logisticsAbility to present complex information to a large audience at the appropriate level of detail
