Event Coordinator

Collaborate with clients to understand their event vision and make recommendations to enhance their experience.
Manage event logistics, including but not limited to, coordinating with vendors, creating event timelines, and overseeing event set-up and breakdown.
Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure all parties are on the same page and events run smoothly.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve event execution and guest experience.
Maintain event budgets and provide updates to management as needed.
Utilize strong problem-solving skills to address any issues or challenges that may arise during events.
Assist with marketing and promoting events to drive attendance and revenue.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to event planning and execution.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to enhance team productivity and morale.
