5) Finding local events nearby our centers that attract the type of people who might be interested in our services. 1) You must have your own transportation that can potentially hold canvas tent, tables, chairs, and event supplies. 3) You must generally be available and willing to work on evenings and weekends whenever necessary and have very few times when you would have to turn down an event opportunity. 4) You must be bubbly, fun, and confident - these events only work when someone is willing to be brave, get out in front of the table, and interact with people. If you are hired to work at a center, the franchisee will be your employer, not Mathnasium
