Event Coordinator Job Description This is a full-time onsite position focused on Event Coordination with a strong emphasis on Marketing. You will be fully engaged and involved within the day-to-day of the Marketing and Events department. We are a high-energy, customer-focused, hard-working organization and like to have fun. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement creative promotional opportunities • Coordinate in-store and off-site promotions and events to drive customer engagement and sales • Manage logistics for events and promotions, including vendor relationships and supply chain management • Participate in writing and designing marketing materials, including print and digital content Requirements: • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, promotions and events • Proven track record of managing budgets, resources and logistics • Flexible work style with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Qualifications: • Experience with social media marketing and promotions • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
