Some hybrid but most from the office work • Printing materials (name badges, QR codes, material for events) • Packing and shipping materials • Inventory management • Coordinating with Events Team for all location, requirements and timelines for shipping • Preparing boxes, labels and scheduling FedEx shipping materials for events • Formatting documents • Canva - formatting materials for events • Coordinating with the venue post-events to ensure schedule was upheld • Possible travel for events • Back office support with tracking event packages • Learn Salesforce for daily use and automation • Onboard registered attendees in campaigns through our automated system • Review/edit opportunities, contact records and campaign records - Experience in event planning, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry - Strong understanding of time management, organizational skills and task management - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent customer service and communication skills - Strong problem-solving and organizational skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or a related field preferred • * All candidates are expected to research and understand Apex Assembly and the company offering before Introductory Call** Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour Experience: • Events management: 1 year (Preferred) • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
