Location: Onsite - 310 Evergreen Road, Louisville, KY, 40243Shift: First, Primary Hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. ESTPosition SummaryThe Event Coordinator will plan, execute, and manage all company events, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, customer appreciation events, and internal programs. This role is responsible for creating engaging experiences that showcase our enterprise signature solutions and A/V solutions to our primary public sector verticals: federal agencies, state and local agencies, and public safety agencies. The position focuses on generating qualified leads within these government markets while strengthening client relationships and demonstrating our solutions' value to public sector decision-makers.Travel may be required for trade shows, conferences and events and is estimated to be up to 50% (local and domestic).Key Responsibilities Develop and manage comprehensive event strategies and calendars aligned with marketing goalsPlan and execute participation and sponsorship of industry trade shows, company-hosted events, and webinarsCoordinate all event logistics including venue selection, vendor management, and registration systemsManage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure ROI on all event activitiesCollaborate with technical and sales team to develop compelling booth displays and event materialsCreate engaging demos that effectively showcase our IT, cloud, and A/V capabilities with public sector clientsCoordinate the design and production of all event-related materials and signageEnsure brand consistency across all event touchpointsImplement effective lead capture systems for all eventsCoordinate technical demonstrations and presentations highlighting our solutionsNurture relationships with existing clients through specialized event experiencesTrack and report on key event metrics including attendance, leads generated, and conversion ratesAnalyze event performance and recommend improvements for future programsConduct post-event evaluations with attendees and internal stakeholdersCoordinate internal meetings, events, and activities (e.x. dinner reservations for clients and management following in office meetings)QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or related field preferredHigh school diploma required3+ years of experience preferred in event planning, preferably in the technology sectorProven track record of successfully planning and executing B2G eventsStrong project management skills with attention to detailExperience with Hub Spot as a CRM and project management platform preferredUnderstanding of lead generation principles and metricsExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with vendors and clientsStrong problem-solving skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments#J-18808-Ljbffr
