We are looking for an experienced Event Assistant to join our Exhibits Team. As the key point of contact for exhibitors and attendees, you will provide exceptional customer service, respond to inquiries, and manage escalations. The successful candidate will support Exhibit Managers in planning and executing events, working closely with IT teams to ensure seamless execution. Responsibilities will include coordinating event logistics, managing exhibitor applications, booth placements, and payments, as well as monitoring data accuracy and following up on outstanding balances. As a member of our Exhibits Team, you will have the opportunity to work on multiple conferences and exhibitions, developing your skills and expertise in event coordination, customer service, and project management.
