As a Lead Event Setup and Execution Coordinator at Edgeway Events, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the setup, execution, and clean-up of events across the United States, leading by example as part of the setup crew. • Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence, ensuring all setup tasks are performed with care, attention to detail, and a spirit of service. Team Leadership and Coordination: • Provide guidance, direction, and support to the setup crew, delegating tasks, and ensuring everyone is equipped to perform their responsibilities efficiently and effectively. • Proven experience in event setup, execution, or production roles, with a demonstrated ability to lead teams and coordinate logistics for events of varying scales and complexities. • Strong work ethic and willingness to actively participate in hands-on setup, execution, and clean-up tasks alongside the team, leading by example and embodying a servant leadership mindset.
