Event Coordinator, Education We’re seeking a talented, motivated, and driven individual to be responsible for and be an integral part of organizing outstanding and unforgettable live and virtual events. Heartland Dental is the nation's largest dental support organization, providing non-clinical administrative support services to more than 3,000 supported doctors across 39 states and the District of Columbia in 1,900+ dental offices. All Heartland Dental supported doctors are united by a common goal: delivering the highest quality dental care and patient experiences. Handle, coordinate and oversee all in-person and virtual event operation details, working with various hotels and vendor as needed.Responsible for the coordination of printed participant materials as well as hands on supplies.Book travel for all attendees for selected programs.Arrange the overnight room and catering process with vendors for assigned events.Deliver on-site and virtual support to course presenters and participants.Responsible for accurate and timely credit card allocations for assigned events.Answer all phone and email inquiries directed to the Education Event’s team in a timely manner.Provide world-class customer service to both internal and external customer.Minimum Requirements:
