They meet with clients to plan and arrange for an upcoming event. • Ensure all Birthday Party inquiries via email, phone, or in person are answered and booked. • Ensure Party Hostesses are fulfilling their duties. • Ensure Registration forms are properly filled out and signed by the party guests. • Because Event Coordinators are considered managers, from time to time, in emergency situations, they may be asked to watch the store for a short period of time.
