Lacawac Sanctuary, a nonprofit nature preserve, biological field station, and environmental education center, seeks a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Season Event Coordinator to support the planning, logistics, and execution of events that raise critical funds and foster community engagement. This position plays a vital role in organizing signature fundraising events such as the Farm to Table Dinner, seasonal festivals, trail runs, and the Girls in STEM Symposium, as well as supporting private event rentals such as weddings. Event Planning and Execution • Assist in planning and executing Lacawac’s event calendar, including fundraising, outreach, and private events. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, especially during event seasons.
