Event Coordinator - Full Time - Coliseum Complex

Oak View Group (OVG) is the global leader in premium live entertainment infrastructure and services, with a platform spanning venue development and end-to-end capabilities across venue management, hospitality, and sponsorship sales. In addition to coordinating a wide variety of events, this position will also serve as a multifaceted Event Coordinator responsible for developing and supporting all event-related activities key to the operation of the facility. Responsibilities include but are not limited to collaborating with internal event departments; collecting and distributing event information from clients, promoters, and show representatives; preparing billing; and supporting the development of staffing and labor plans to ensure a seamless and favorable experience for guests and venue users. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university with major coursework in facility management, hospitality management, business, or a related field is preferred.1-2+ years of experience in the same or similar position in arenas, sports venues, convention centers, stadiums, or theaters preferred.Basic Knowledge of Computers, Microsoft Office Suite, and AutoCAD.Excellent collaboration, communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills required.Must be able to work a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
